Dance Studio Rentals

 1. Choose a studio to rent.

You can submit up to 3 rental options in one Rental Request Form. Please put rentals requests in order of preference. 

**Submitted Dates/Times that are already blocked will result in email notification requesting resubmission.**​

2. Visit the calendar below.

 

3. Follow calendar directions to see select and see available times and dates for your desired studio.

Rentals are available in 15 minute increments.

 

4. Click on the Rental Request Button located at the bottom of the page.

5. Fill out the Rental Request Form and click submit.

**For extended or recurring rentals please contact the studio.**

6. A staff member will contact you by email regarding your request.

​

7. Approved rentals will have a 24-hour temporary hold placed on them to allow time for payment in full.

Payment details will be provided by the studio.

8. Please ensure payment in full is made within the 24-hour window or the hold will be released.

​

9. Rental instructions will be provided after payment has been completed.

​

Note

To receive a refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your rental period.

​

A cleaning fee of $25 will apply if the studio is not left in a clean condition after your rental. 

​

Each studio is equipped with its own dedicated stereo system, complete with a headphone jack.

Please be advised that renters will need to provide the appropriate dongle for their media player.​
